To help us review this accurately, could you please share a few photos showing how you measured the topper? Since hair toppers have a natural curvature, they shouldn’t be measured completely flat. When measured flat on a surface, the dimensions can appear smaller than the actual wearable size. The correct method is to measure while gently following the natural curve of the base.
