HOW TO RETURN

1. Find the order you would like to return in "My Orders" after signing in.

2. Click on "RETURN ITEMS". Please be aware that if you cannot find the “RETURN ITEMS” button, that means your order might have exceeded 30 days after receipt.

3. Select EXCHANGE, MONETARY REFUND, or STORE CREDIT FULL REFUND.  Fill out all the information needed for return and click submit.

4. When your return request has been approved, you will see the RAM number and the return address on the website and in the email sent to you.

5. Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.

Please be aware that all customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

Your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days after your return has been accepted.
