This is a feedback from our customer 'Sorry. I really wanted these to work. First both colors are too rich for my dark ash brown grey hair. Neither color will blend. Also maybe I have a big weird head because they give me a conehead shape. Please refund me.' Why this happened?

- The cap size or construction might not suit their head shape. If the base is too rounded or stiff, it may not lay naturally.
- If the topper or wig has permatease or extra wefting, it can add height, which might not work well for some head shapes.
Possible solutions:
- For color: Offer a consultation or recommend a shade with more ashy tones. If needed, suggest toning options (e.g., purple shampoo for warmth reduction).
- For shape: Ask if they adjusted the placement, tried different application techniques, or if a different cap style would work better for them.
